Mina Protocol is a blockchain using zero-knowledge cryptography for a lightweight, scalable, privacy-focused platform for decentralized apps.
Mina needed a launch video to elevate its brand presence among a savvy crypto community.
We created a dynamic set of 3D videos for Mina’s social channels, marking a pivotal step in establishing their brand’s new visual identity.
Creating social buzz
for the big news.
Eager to work with a blockchain client, Lyda embraced the challenge of creating a video for Mina Protocol’s product launch announcement. Our design, motion, 3D, and video teams worked closely with Mina’s developers to transform complex zero-knowledge technology into clear, compelling metaphors. We experimented with ASCII code technology, applying its unique textures across animations, adding a creative look to Mina’s video content. The result was a video that distilled intricate concepts into a clear and approachable narrative while staying rooted in technical accuracy.
Designed to stand out on social feeds and capture the crypto community’s interest, the video sparked excitement and curiosity, building anticipation for Mina’s upcoming launch.
Boosting Mina’s brand with
highly-customized visuals.
After the initial launch announcement, our team developed a video for Mina’s Berkeley upgrade, reinforcing Mina’s positioning as a "Proof of Everything" blockchain for global applications. We set out to create an intelligent, human-centric style that softened the often cold, technical aesthetics of the crypto market. This video became a benchmark piece, gaining significant traction across Mina’s marketing channels and inspiring a broader reimagining of their visual identity to better convey their innovative use of zero-knowledge proofs in payments.
Building on this momentum, our next project involves a website redesign to unify Mina’s refreshed branding and strengthen their presence across all platforms.
With a leap of faith, we introduced 3D animation as an essential tool for the event. We believed it harmonized with the theme – so we took the plunge. The outcome surpassed PayPal’s expectations, becoming their most well-received SKO to date. The scale of this project required the collective effort of our production team, and we’re proud of the work.”
